Can the system be relocated if you move out?
Yes. The T Box USA modular system is fully portable. Its surface-mounted design allows for easy disassembly and relocation. Unlike traditional casework and wall box systems—which are typically demolished and discarded at the end of a lease or relocation—T Box enables you to retain and relocate your trade fixtures.
Is the T Box system compatible with traditional RO systems?
Yes. The T Box modular system is fully compatible with traditional reverse osmosis (RO) systems.
Will it work with all brands of RO systems, including heat disinfection?
Yes. The system is designed to integrate with all major RO water system brands and is compatible with both chemical and heat disinfection processes.
How is the drain fixture connected?
Each drain fixture connects to the wall using a 1-1/2″ MNPT threaded fitting. This can discharge into a dedicated P-trap or indirectly into a floor sink. The fixture incorporates a built-in air gap at drain connection supporting compliance with applicable plumbing and sanitation standards.
How do you make a turn up or inside corner or outside corner with the Bumper Railing?
T Box offers a full range of modular transition components, including:
- Inside corner transition pieces
- Vertical sweep (up/down) transitions
- End transition fittings for routing lines back into the wall
- Outside corner transition pieces
Alternatively, solution lines can be routed using conventional drywall or casework chases where preferred.
Can the solution loop lines run overhead or underground?
Yes. T Box supports both routing methods:
- Overhead Routing: Lines can be routed above the ceiling via vertical casework chases, drywall chases, or T Box transition components.
- Underground Routing: Lines can be routed downward at the wall into a vertical, accessible chase for under-slab distribution.
